Wolf Down s'est formé en Allemagne en 2011 et a rapidement sorti un premier 4-titres « MMXI », et un second 4-titres « Renegades » un an plus tard en juin 2012. C'est avec la sortie de son premier album « Stray From The Path » en juillet 2013 que le groupe fait un bond en avant, en tournant notamment avec des groupes tels que The Story So Far ou Stick To Your Guns
