Udo Dirkschneider était le chanteur et membre fondateur du groupe Accept, et se voit actuellement remplacé à ce poste par Mark Tornillo (ex-TT Quick). Lors de la séparation avec Accept, il fonde le groupe U.D.O. en 1987 au sein duquel il officie toujours.
