Le New Cool Collective est composé de : Benjamin Herman (sax alto), David Rockfeller (trompette), Anton Goudsmit (guitare), Willem Friede basse), Jos de Haas (percus), Frank van Dok (percus), Martijn Vink (batterie). Depuis 1994, cette formation initiée par le sax Benjamin Herman, s'est produit dans tous les lieux branchés de Hollande et son black jazz métissé de caraïbattitude en a vite fait la coqueluche d'Amsterdam nocturne !
