Il est composé de Sean Copson (guitariste/chant), Léna Groenendijk (guitariste), Marty Kohler (batteur) et Gaëtan van Beek (bassiste, choriste). D'abord appelé́ Midnight Madness, le groupe s'est recherché pendant deux ans en jouant régulièrement sur de multiples scènes genevoises. Après ces diverses expériences la formation a trouvé́ un nouvel équilibre et s'est rebaptisée Madnight.
