Bordeaux, années 80 : autour de Jofo (le chanteur) et Charles (le guitariste), une bande d'étudiants en « archi » se lancent dans le rock. Les Cons, c'est un style, particulier, fortement inspiré par Brassens ou Gainsbourg, sur fond de bon vieux rock « british ».
