L'Orchestre est dirigé depuis 2011 par Eduard Ambartsumyan. Dès sa création, l'orchestre participe a de nombreuses manifestations - Festival musical du Kremlin, le festival annuel de Pâques à Bryansk - et a également accompagné le Concours International de jeunes pianistes de Nikolaeva. L'Orchestre travaille avec un certain nombre de musiciens de talent comme Nikolai Petrov (piano), Nikolaï Gindin (piano), Mikhail Bank (piano / orchestre), Valentina Igoshina (piano), Mark Drobinsky (violoncelle), Haik Kazazyan (violon) et Andrey Dubov (piano).
