Après avoir rodé leurs chansons entre Paris, New York et Genève, Eric Kolo et Stéphane Guex décident de s'établir à Genève et fondent avec Laurent Nicolas, Mathieu Karcher et Blaise Pitteloud le groupe K.O.L.O ( Kingdom Of Lord Owl ).S'ensuit l'enregistrement d'un premier album autoproduit « Songs for a Sleepwalker », mélange de pop subtile, de rock envolé et de songwriting inspiré, dont le single « Not a Fool » a été largement diffusé sur Couleur 3 et d'autres radios de la région.
