Paul Flynn, alias Dj Q, est né en 1974 à Glasgow en Ecosse. L'artiste jazz house commence à faire le DJ au début des années 90 . Il commence à produire en 1994 pour les labels Dance Mania, Glasgow Underground et Filter. Le premier album de DJ Q Face the Music paraît en 1997. Il est suivi de Twenty Four 7even en l'an 2000.
