Bobmo rejoint vite la famille Institubes en y signant trois EPs entre 2006 et 2007, Let's go Bobmo, To the Bobmobile et 3000% Yes, qui le feront tourner partout dans le monde. Jeune producteur de Bordeaux, Hugues Rey, de son vrai nom, est influencé par la techno de Detroit et la house de Chicago. En 2008, il développe un duo avec Surkin, High Powered Boys.
