Aucklane est le projet musical de Charlotte Maquet, à la fois auteure, compositrice et interprète.Ses influences sont connues et revendiquées : rock, pop British, folk et même l'americana. Quelques inspirations, en ordre dispersé : Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Florence and The Machine, The Last Shaddow Puppets, Jack White, mais aussi les Kinks et Patti Smith.
